Who We Are ?

Although the concept of Membranes Filtration in Water & Wastewater Treatment and its other applications through nano filtration and micro filtration is well known internationally. Our experience and dedicated team has been able to introduce the membrane applications techniques effectivley since 1996.

WEMS is an organisation wholly dedicated to indigenous development and promotion of latest water treatment techniques based on menbranes technology amongst community and industries. To match with unprecedented acceptance and appreciation of our practical approach, sound technologies and post execution services to the clients , WEMS, had to realise it’s single point responsibility in time to come.

WEMS has a strong energetic multidisciplinary team of professionals to serve you in new millenium parallel to flagship guidance of our management concept.

WEMS was initially established to design, manufacture and operate reverse osmosis systems. Over time, the company’s product mix has naturally evolved to fill other utility-related needs in addition to fresh water production, such as dyes purification, water recycling to minimize wastewater quantity for end of pipe treatment and membranes applications based on nano filtration

COMPANY HISTORY

2001

‘Water Engineering & Management Services (Pvt.) Ltd.’ was initially formed as partnership company in 2001 by a team of professionals who has extensive experience in the design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of the Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants. WEMS initially focused on reverse osmosis plants and ion exchange system to meet the requirement of local industrial sector. Later on, considering the market demand for treating water and wastewater, the product range was enhanced including but not limited to the Dye Purification system, Demineralization system, Industrial Wastewater Treatment and Sewage Treatment Plant.

In 2004, ‘Wetco Industrial Services’ was incorporated to provide focus aftersale services to valued customers. Our team of trained professionals has extensive experience in the operation and maintenance of Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant. Avesta Chemicals – UK and ETI – USA are well known manufacturers of chemicals who provide WETCO with the technical support which helps us to be unique in providing the proper application of chemicals with optimized consumption for water treatment plants in the water & wastewater treatment including boilers, cooling towers and heat exchangers.

2004

In 2004, ‘Wetco Industrial Services’ was incorporated to provide focus aftersale services to valued customers. Our team of trained professionals has extensive experience in the operation and maintenance of Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant. Avesta Chemicals – UK and ETI – USA are well known manufacturers of chemicals who provide WETCO with the technical support which helps us to be unique in providing the proper application of chemicals with optimized consumption for water treatment plants in the water & wastewater treatment including boilers, cooling towers and heat exchangers.

2005

As we are dealing with the treatment of water, it is mandatory requirement to know what is in the water. Keeping in view the criticality of water testing ‘Water Lab’ was established back in 2005 so as to test the various basic parameters. We follow ASTM standards to carry out all the Water & Microbiological tests for wastewater, RO Water, Open & Close Circuit Cooling Water, Boiler Feed and Condensate Water etc.). Analyzing critical parameters ensures appropriate design of the system and also digging the root cause of nay problem being faced during operations & maintenance.

In 2009 ‘Engineering Works’ came into being the core objective was to meet the timelines of the projects by boosting the fabrication work and ensuring quality of products assembled and manufactured meets the standard. We are constantly upgrading our industrial fabrication facility with state-of-the-art equipment to make this possible. We maintain comprehensive technical standards & have stringent quality control & assurance procedures, allowing us to deliver consistent, high quality projects.
